Do you wash carpets and couches on site or do you collect and return?
- We wash the carpets and couches on-site. However, if the space does not allow, we arrange for pick up and return
How long does it take for my couch, carpet or mattress to dry?
- Depending on how deep the stains are, it takes between 2 hours and 4 hours to dry
For how long do I need to evacuate the area after disinfection has been done?
- We make use of eco-friendly and non-toxic products which are safe when inhaled. However, we request that the area be evacuated for at least 1 hour
Can I trust the employees in my private residence?
- Yes, our loyal staff members can be trusted in your private residence. We are proud to boast a 100% claim-free record
How long in advance do I need to book a service?
- We try our best to accommodate clients as soon as possible. Generally, 2 to 3 days in advance is sufficient
Do you charge a call-out fee?
- We only charge call-out fees for invoices that are below R1 000
Which areas do you service in South Africa?
- Currently we only service the Gauteng area, but are in the process of expanding to other regions
